I used to absolutely love this place. It’s a quaint and special coffee shop. There are two wonderful workers there who made me feel welcome whenever I came in. However, there’s a rude and aloof manager who despite seeing me daily rudely questioned why I needed a paper bag upon request. He further went on to say he should be charging me for the cup of ice I requested. I was appalled at his demeanor and his treatment towards me, especially since I was a regular customer.
