Just tried to order. Couldn't because the staff wouldn't look up. After a long wait I asked if we could be served. No answer. I asked again and the girl still wouldn't look up but said "We are fairly busy at this moment". I was the only customer. Didn't get the doughnut because for some reason they wouldn't sell it. There were 3 staff members at the time, around 10min ago. If the owner reads this, I recommend going there because the place is completely mismanaged and goes beyond someone just having a bad day. Except if not selling your doughnuts is your policy. This was at 59th st (Columbus Circle) location.

Staff was very rude. Visited 12-18-23 Monday afternoon like at 5pm . 2 young lady's were too busy conversing that they couldn't attend to the customers waiting on line to be attended. Very unprofessional. Wasn't worth the wait. Overpriced and horrible customerservice. Take business elsewhere ..

Doughnuttery was situated in the underground market. As I visited the place, I notice the cute the mini donuts. However, I couldn't help but notice that the staff didn't use gloves or utensils when handling the donuts, which made it less appetizing. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and the ambiance was quiet.

Terrible service. I just asked if they were open (Thursday morning) and the girl was super rude about it and asked her coworker why I was asking if they were open or not. I ordered the maple fig doughnut and she just handed me something else they were just making without a care in the world. I was just trying to pick up from breakfast before heading into my shift at the nursing home and did not appreciate my interaction with this business at all.

Freshly made. Flower Power (hibiscus, honey, rose) was very nice. Discovered them at the Winter Market in Bryant Park.

Awful and super greasy and oily. The place and the donuts looked interesting so I was excited to have some. Got them to go and by the time I arrived at my destination, about 3 blocks away, there was soooooo much grease and oil that it leaked/seeped through the bag and onto my backpack, onto everything around it causing a big mess! WTH! And the donuts were inedible and gross. Employees are totally unhelpful and was hard to get to speak with a manager. So, even though I routinely pass their shop, they have lost my business (which is so stupid to lose my business when this issue could have easily been dealt with.)

I love this place it's Inside a mall in the actual train stop. But don't judge these doughnuts are everything. So good make right in front of you. My favorite flavor is apple cider but all the flavors are amazing.I usually get the box of 25 and get all flavors.

Really good donuts

Well it seems that my experience was completely disregarded given the flippant response to the owner. If you cannot apologize without being condescending then do not bother with a bogus apology. The interaction was rude, plain and simple. You obviously do not care about your patrons. There are several platforms that can warn others not to patronize your establishment. Good day, sir.

Pretty good, nice original flavors but so so slow.

Located in Chelsea market, this is a great stop for finding something Sweet to compliment your meal. Ordered 6 mini donuts and they all came out hot and fresh. There's a variety of flavors to choose from and i settled on an apple cinnamon flavor and cookies and cream. Both were great and I had a hard time sharing these lovely doughnuts!

Literally took a trip from Coney Island to the Turnstyle Underground Market specifically for these donuts (pregnancy craving) & they gave me 12 cold donuts I thought these were made to order or at least have a warmer if you're not going to make every order fresh. The beautiful deep skinned girl was really nice the other lighter toned tall one prepared my donuts & just doesn't care & would rather be in a corner on her phone. For $1 per mini donut its unacceptable. Not worth the trip. Never again.

Id like to say i enjoy the doughnuts, but when i went to pick it up the young lady was bothered by my presence alone. She practically tossd my pre ordered doughnuts and walked away didnt even leave room for a thank you. I wanted to ask a simple question so i asked the guy making the doughnuts who was really nice. To what she responded to what does she want. Mind you i barely said a word. You should consider changing her out of staff. Shes not people friendly. My simple question was by the way, why were my 24 doughnuts in a bag not a box.

Not the best donuts for my adult taste but my kid liked them. The service was very disinterested, taking my order while chatting to the other employee and not even looking at me.
