Ordered lunch today from a rude cook in the hot sandwich station. I will never go back to this place.

Duke is a pretty solid grab and go lunch spot in the heart of Manhattan. I've had this place a few times as it is close to my office and they offer a very wide selection. I got the Big Man Sandwich, grilled roast beef, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, and avocado on a hero roll. A lot of good food for $16. It's probably my favorite order at Duke's, where anything else you can find a better version of elsewhere. If you're gonna spend $16 here, go to the sandwich line. That's where they're at.

Visiting midtown Manhattan and woke up hungry? This is the place you want to go for breakfast. We dialed down the breakfast roll up menu during our visit to Manhattan. Kudos to the breakfast grill team, you made our visit to midtown Manhattan a Joy. Every single dish we had here was absolutely awesome. Their coffee is excellent and inexpensive. Seating is limited but the entertainment of looking out the window and watching all the folks walking by is priceless. Highly recommended and I will personally be back the next time I'm in midtown Manhattan.Sorry for the lack of pictures, I ate it all!

I got raw chicken cutlet and when I went back to inform them, the nasty lady at the counter yelled at me and refused to compensate me after selling me a $15 sandwich that was not edible. I am gravely disappointed because I buy lunch and breakfast here every morning for the last year! I won’t be going back and I am taking my 60 men crew as well!

I don't even know why I did it but I decided to get a bacon egg and cheese with a hash brown from a place I never been too but knew it was gonna be expensive. Nonetheless I go in and give it at try, everything is smooth sailing I order what I want and get my bev. Right seems pretty normal and so right when I pay for my sandwich and leave. I open it up to ketchup in my damn sandwich. Never asked for it and don't understand why people enjoy it but all in all. A waste of $15. Yes the sandwich was 8.50 for a BACON EGG AND CHEESE. Pretty normal for around downtown but at least make it how I TOLD YOU. At least I gotta water.
