Ordered delivery from here after seeing the restaurant on my favorite food app 8it, and enjoyed the recommended dish lamb burger which was very flavorful yet simple and cumin-y.

Also ordered the pan fried noodles with beef which was a generous portion and had great seasoning as well.

Solid all around. Will see if I’m ever in the area to try this place in person but it may just be a solid delivery option.

Dunhuang is a gem on the Upper West Side. The noodles are genuinely authentic—springy, chewy, and full of that “hand-pulled” bite, with broths and sauces that taste deeply savory rather than overly salty or sweet. Everything came out hot and well-portioned, and you can tell the kitchen takes pride in getting the flavors right.

Visit thousands of times with friends to have lunch and dinner after class. No pre-cook food at all!! That’s the reason I love to visit. Noodles and fried lamb are our best dishes. Recommended
