Dunhuang's hand-shredded cabbage is the best hand-shredded cabbage here at Columbia! Stir-fried green beans are also delicious. I remember the dry pot cauliflower was pretty good too. The mapo tofu seems to be a bit lacking in taste, but because the hand-shredded cabbage is delicious, I still give you full marks ?. Authentic experience. Fresh to the taste ingredients. Ordered Dun Huang Noodles and Mala Veg Noodles (aka OG Chow Mein!) Picked up fresh-dough aroma from the kitchen as they were pounding it to make hand-pulled noodles. You’ve got to ask for extra, thick noodles! Also, boba-tea next door is part of the restaurant ?

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants that is not in Chinatown. Their food is mind blowing. The staff is amazing and the service is very good and quick. I just cannot get enough of this place and I hope that a lot of Chinese restaurants can learn from this one. Cannot wait for my next visit!
