I pick up orders here a couple times a week and am always happy with my drinks. They are quick too. Today I accidentally dumped my iced coffee on the floor, which basically trashed their small area. They are saints! They didn’t scold me, even though I felt horrible, and they gave me a new drink. I assumed it was might fault so I was prepared to buy another one. Thank you!

I showed my dunkin app to get my order and the lady grabbed my phone abruptly and gave me my order. Then went into my car. When I opened the bag there was a piece of hair on the donut and I couldn't eat it. It was disgusting. I reported this to the app and they wanted to chat with me but I couldn't cause I was busy.

In 40 years of going to restaurants and coffee shops this is the worst customer experience I have ever had. Not one soul in the store. The cashier wandered up, no greeting, no talking, to take my order. Sour. The unfriendly barista made my coffee, handed it to me and when I got home it was not mine. I walked back 6 blocks and they blamed me for taking the wrong coffee. 0 stars. So many other great coffee places in the area. No wonder it was empty, with no customers. Warning to all.

If I could give 0 stars I would they steal your money daily by not putting your stuff in the bag daily do the math 4.75 x 10 x a day = $50 x 365 times is 18,250 a year is stealing people's money daily will report this store for

Terrible service i decided to write this review because I experienced it many times myself. This time wasn’t the first, I didnt expect much cus I understand people working in this industry but at least do your job pay attention to the client, it literally wasnt in a busy moment at all but i stood there and see my drink inside your counter the whole time without anyone gave me service even i tried to call someone i ended up reach it myself and walked out and also again without ANY staffs noticed??♂️

I’m always disappointed in the morning. whenever I order an Ice latte it’s always milky. It’s never enough expresso. I see them make it and they always pour half the shot. I ordered an ice latte and an ice milk. Especially when they’re busy the coffee when comes out the way you want

While there on a recent trip to NCY and Rockefeller center, my husband and I stopped there for a good ole standby (we'd had a bad experience at a local bakery and wanted some normalcy). They were extremely busy, but we were helped rapidly by our server Rich and got exactly what we expected. Sat down in one of the nature spots in Rockefeller and enjoyed. Not stellar, but it suited our needs. Thanks Dunkin. Sorry no picks, but we had regular coffees and two Cinnamon Coffee Rolls.
