I cannot believe that these people refused to give me my order. The man was saying he didn’t see me confirm the order when I did through the phone it literally said order complete and now I can’t even get a refund. This store is so terrible in service and food and the way he spoke to me was outrageous. I literally showed him where it said order complete and he still wouldn’t give it to me. Terrible policy I want my money back immediately!

Well as a paying customer I ask for a cup of ice it’s 1.49 I come back at the same location and the person is passing out free donuts to her friends.

I watched the guy throwing out trash, reach into the garbage and pull a croissant out and put aside. He then began to make my food without changing his gloves. I had to call him out on it and he looked so confused about what to do. When he took his gloves off another employee told him to wash his hands. This is disgusting and needless to say I won’t be returning to this Dunkin.

I don't understand why there are so many places in this chain if the donuts aren't even well done. They give them cold and nothing fresh. That's why I prefer Krispy Kreme.Another is that I said, to give it another chance an iced coffee, all very sweet and despite the fact that I asked the cashier to put half the sweetener in it, it was terribly cloying.Never more :(
