I’m giving it 5 stars, not for the food, you know it’s Dunkin. But I’ve been going to this Dunkin for more than 6 months now. The guys and ladies here in the store are always nice, polite, and kind, at least to me. The store is small, so complaining about wait time during rush hour to me is just unreasonable. They always work fast in the store, and they never mess up my order. So thank you for all the hard workers here!

It's open late, so, that's a plus. It's warm, and that helped on this cold night. My wife and I go to Dunkin to get our choice beverages and it's a good place. The gentleman serving us seems too lax and sleepy, and we were happy he got our order right and he did a good job with the drink quality. Good place, for the most part. Yay.

Horrible. Doesnt matter if you go inperson or order online you'll be waiting FOREVER and half the time its watered down or just milk (bad coffee) this morning I stood there like an idiot for close to 10m not ONE person asked if I needed help or even approached the counter. Terrible, needless to say I wasted my time and left w nothing.

2 AM in the morning I went there and I ordered a coffee, and when I went there I saw him he was transferring the garbage from one garbage bag to another garbage bag with the naked hands with no gloves he didn’t even wash his hands and start making coffee for me I even told him that you need to wash your hand he said no that’s OK.

The worst dunkin I have been to. They are not clear while calling out the orders and then they started blaming me for getting confused. I replied back and a customer started abusing me saying that she is a regular and knows the staff. And she went on but unfortunately this staff couldn’t do anything about a lady shouting in their store.Also bagels with cheese on side ?? I don’t think I got what I ordered. They can definitely try to have better communication skills.
