Great coffee at 381 Canal Street, NYC, location. Stopped in and the counter guy was real nice. MK. R. This was Tuesday around the 7.30pm. Anyway, thanks guy for keeping that coffee superbly great & fresh. That coffee work is greatly appreciated.

Dunkin' is a clean and friendly place with good customer service. The staff is polite and efficient, making sure orders are correct. It's a convenient spot for a warm drink, especially since it's open late. The location has been recently renovated, making it far nicer than before. The staff at this Dunkin' are excellent, incredibly pleasant and conscientious workers, which accounts for a lot. One employee, Shoficul, is a superstar - they always have a nice smile to welcome customers and go above and beyond to ensure they leave satisfied. Shoficul also makes the best lemonade, not too sweet. Despite some minor issues with speed during rush hours, overall, it's a good choice for a quick bite or beverage.
