I was walking back home from a doctor appointment recently and stopped in here for a coffee. Not too busy so I ordered my Americano and got served right away. The staff taking my order and the barista were both efficient but certainly not very friendly. I did not even get a Hello or a Thank You. They need to be trained better. Probably will not go back to this location.

Not always clean, tables are left dirty, service is fast but not really great. It's good just to grab what u need and leave. Pl just sit in there loitering and taking up the sears abd tables.

If you are in the area, this Dunkin is the greatest. Don't got to the one on Lex and 66th! The staff here are extremely helpful, patient and kind! There is seating as well as ice cream available. The service is always timely and it's always a delight to visit !

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a space to roll in someone with a wheelchair. As I have never used, I can not attest to its quality or ease of use.
