I’ve been their customer for 10+ years. Their bagels are always fresh and delicious! Egg salad, cream cheese, coffee, hash brown, sandwiches and their muffins are the best and AGAIN fresh!Their double chocolate chip muffin is delightfully tasty!Their customer service is top notch. They always double check with the order if there is anything else we would like to add onto.
I've been in this establishment several times. There were times my coworkers claimed their bagel was stale. As for my order the food content was always good. My isseus is they don't pay attention to my order gave me the wrong cream cheese several times. When I ordered veggie cream cheese. When i went once (after many errors) and told them they reterfied the situation. I took a break from them cause that was happening quite often.
