I went to this location for latte with a offer. The offer was $3 latte however they said I can’t use it unless I purchase one more item even tho it didn’t say it in the description. I was rushing so then I had to be forced to purchase more item that I didn’t want after all.

I work not too far from this location .and I must say the manager and staff have no customer service and is racist also .my first encounter was a couple of months ago I went to buy my regular morning breakfast. First off they took their time and secondly the manager claimed the machine is not accepting my card .but before I went to the store I bought something at my job and the card was fine. Now today I went in after a couple of months same thing .that's ridiculous. I use my card everywhere never had a problem except for this dunkin donuts store. I even used it on JFk airport at the dunkin donuts No issue .but this dunkin its an issue. i didn't know that one of my co worker faced the same issue when I told her.I would not advice anyone to go that dunkin donut .I went to starbucks and my card worked perfectly. I will never go back to that dunkin donuts .stay away from there ..racist people.
