The people are great and hard working. It’s a very busy area and they do their best to manage everyone, to provide the best service. I always go there to get my iced caramel latte and I’m always greeted. Everyone’s friendly, and I would say people who have negative views really have to understand the perspectives of those providing the service to the community. Other than that, I’ll continue to come here!
The store manager at this location is truly the best. I’m sorry to say but when he’s not there, the employees are all over the place and everything is delayed. He has a good system and he keeps the place very very organized. He’s also very professional. Always has a smile on his face no matter how busy it gets AND he remembers names and faces which is very important and not easy to do in a location as busy as this one. The best.
