These people can't get it together. I have a simple order, and every day the order tastes different. God help anyone who orders a drink that requires any thought. Uninstalled their app today. Never again.

I urgently needed to charge my phone and a guy named Ashraf helped me out. During the waiting time, he surprised me pleasantly with the friendly atmosphere that he and his colleagues created. Really appreciated, and a recommended go-to place!

I ordered a coffee and had a very bad experience. The staff started arguing with some random person instead of doing their job. I waited 10–15 minutes, and ended up late for work. Very unprofessional team and no respect for customers.

I used the Dunkin’ Donuts app to order my food while I was on the ferry. I get there thinking my food would be available for me to snatch and go because I was trying not to be late for work. There was a bag on the counter unlabeled, no attached receipt with order number NOTHING. I asked one of the girls making food about my order because I noticed she’s calling numbers after mine. She nodded her head and said she’s making it. Comes back to call another number not mine. I go to the register and ask for a manager because at this point waiting 15 minutes was ridiculous (I wanted a refund). The guy walks from the register and said oh this bag that been sitting here is yours . I said how was I suppose to know if it’s not labeled. He then passed it to me . I said I don’t want that it been sitting there and multiple ppl picked it up looking inside to see if it was theirs. I requested a new sandwich…they act as if they was frustrated for me wanting a fresh hot sandwich which I paid for. Long story short I was late and recommend you not to use the app for this location because they don’t label the food like they’re suppose too and there is NEVER a manager to deal with bad service.

Realizing that the cashier had messed up my order and it wasn't a small drink, it was a medium. He tells the guy who is making it to fix it so now I finish paying and now I'm watching the guy this man I literally. watched this man Watched him make it in a small cup and switch it to a medium cup and then add a whole bunch of more ice. He didn't realize I was standing behind him and then when I said something he's like no I'm gonna add more stuff. If we was going back-and-forth and then some other guy told him to throw it away, I'm not gonna do that. I said listen just forget it. He gives it to me. Still forgets that I have I'm supposed to get whipped cream on it and caramel Then he starts complaining the other guy about it because they both messed up and then of course, after all this, the cashier forgets my my donut I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff is very rude. I think I wrote a review before about one of the employees a lady being really rude and this is the man in the picture that try to just put it in another cup and was giving me attitude like I paid for this stuff. I don't understand why isn't an issue So no, I wouldn't go back and I go to Dunkin' Donuts like almost every day

This store has 3 shifts and their customer service is impeccable regardless of the time. This store is located in Whitehall Terminal on the Manhattan side and the #1 of all Dunkins in the 5 boroughs.

Date Monday July 7 ,2025 at around 9.30 am I went to this store to buy coffee. I paid at the counter and requested to please give me fresh hot coffee.
But the worker named Tanver To look with red eyes /glared at me and gave me bitter coffee. Every day I go to the store to buy coffee. For the past few days, the coffee in this store has been like cow urine.
