Despite the negative reviews and mind you I only came in for a coffee because it was raining but the employee made me fresh coffee and it was actually perfectly done to my liking and that’s the only thing I’m basing this review off of.

I felt forced to buy something I didn’t want to. I asked what an item was and I had to repeat myself more than seven times. The lady behind the counter seemed to not understand a single word I was saying. And put an item in my bag that I originally did not want nor order. The guy who I think is the manager is amazing! I come here all the time and this was my first negative experience.

It’s a Dunkin’ near port authority. Why are you reading this?
Anyway, the freezer burn on the ice cream was a creative touch.
Would do again because it is there.
