Bad customer service. It a piece shit
Worst service ever! There was only one person. The lady was really mean. The conditions of the local were not Sanitary. And in top of that she didn't gave us The correct order. She was Hostile. And the ice and Milk shakes were in Horrible conditions. 💔
The worst service I’ve ever experienced in NYC. The lady yelled at me for not having the order name for a cake I received as a present, while I still had the order number and credit card info with the image of the product. When I went again with the name the next day, another employee didn’t get me anything for an ice cream cake for an hour long journey back home so basically my ice cream cake was no longer an ice cream or cake.
