Vegan Dunkin Donuts. Who knew. I come here often since moving to New York, and I've never known that Dunkin Donuts had vegan options. At least this location. There's also a Baskin-Robbins. This will be in my favorites throughout the week.

Awesome service and my Dunkalatte was perfect! They have an amazing store with a great view, however the only issue was that the lady was mopping and the mop water was dirty and made the whole store smell musty. I wish they would pay more attention to that, overall visit was 8/10.

Worst staff I have ever met. They don’t know how to handle clients or talk to them. Specially one guy name John have very bad attitude. I would give 0 star to this store service but just to post my comment I have to give this 1 star. They deserve 0 star only.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They're always fast and efficient and always get my mobile order perfect. Other locations around the area aren't as good as this one. Thanks to all the employees for being awesome!

The person who took my order failed to enter in that I wanted the CHOCOLATE Caramel swirl/syrup added to my coffee and when I pointed out her mistake... it became obvious that she did not even KNOW they had it! OK... she's obviously new. No problem. But to NOT OFFER UP AN APOLOGY... to not say "I'm sorry" and leave it up to other employees to fix things... THAT indicates BAD TRAINING on the part of the store's managers. This would not have happened at a Starbucks... and not at MOST other Dunkin's in the city.
