Worst staff I have ever met. They don’t know how to handle clients or talk to them. Specially one guy name John have very bad attitude. I would give 0 star to this store service but just to post my comment I have to give this 1 star. They deserve 0 star only.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They're always fast and efficient and always get my mobile order perfect. Other locations around the area aren't as good as this one. Thanks to all the employees for being awesome!

The person who took my order failed to enter in that I wanted the CHOCOLATE Caramel swirl/syrup added to my coffee and when I pointed out her mistake... it became obvious that she did not even KNOW they had it! OK... she's obviously new. No problem. But to NOT OFFER UP AN APOLOGY... to not say "I'm sorry" and leave it up to other employees to fix things... THAT indicates BAD TRAINING on the part of the store's managers. This would not have happened at a Starbucks... and not at MOST other Dunkin's in the city.

Sometimes they have a habit of just making you wait. One guy will be working on something and the other guy will be on the phone or just chatting, while my online order is just sitting there waiting to be made. 3rd time this month for me. They’ll just stare at you like you came to visit them lol

Just left Dunkin at 34th and Park............ 40 years going to dunkin never saw such a dirty rude manager, should not be dealing with customers, real dirty and nasty, asked for a bag and he threw it at me, then said if i dont like it go some where else, all the while wiping his nose with his hand

01/26/2023: Decided to try something new.. why didn't someone stop me. Spirit of being healthy decided on Vegan bacon (first mistake) with avocado and tomatoes sandwich. I added the hash browns incase I didn't like it. Thank goodness I did.Upon receipt it already had a peculiar odor. First bite.. oh hell no, but being a trooper I pushed on..negative it's a wrap can't do it . So basically just ate the bread with avocado and tomatoes..oh yeah it was some hard a** bread and the hash browns bot overdone. I was not winning today.$9+ later still hungry.Side note.. place was a bit filthy regarding napkins, receipts, paper from straws strewn all over the floor.

Excellent Dunkin's location in midtown which serves veggie equivalents to the dunkin food options. I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts everyday I have been in Manhattan, never any bad service or issues of any kind.
