The location is convenient and the service is quick. Too many school kids are hanging around, that can be off-putting. The store was clean and the wait time was very short.

Too expensive for donuts ..went on a Sunday early afternoon and not a large selection of anything .. and 15 dollars for a dozen is really too high ..when the donuts are not really fresh

I’ve been coming here everyday for the past 2 weeks, the managers of the place is rude to black people, always messing up my order during the transaction and gets mad at me bc they messed up. Today I wanted an iced coffee with light ice & instead of putting it to my order, he continued to talk over me & ignore my request multiple times even when he was making the drink. I also wanted 2pc hash browns, I know I pronounce my words right, he rung me up for one so I ordered again and when my second order was ready, the server argued with me as if I didn’t just pay for the hash browns.

Went there after buying cat food at Target for my little guys. ? I asked for a large Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Spice Latte. The cashier was respectful, & the guy who made the drink did a very good job. I love the seasonal drink's. Went another time to get the Peppermint Mocha Latte, & the female employee there who was probably in her late 20's had a snotty attitude. I came in polite as ever, & she looked like she hated that job. I said hello, how are you? The response I got from her was what do you want? Either way I gave her a nice tip, & on the way out I said have a wonderful holiday. Of course no response. Not that I honestly was expecting one. She over charged me as well. Ugh.. The other employee's there have always been nice. This one today needs to learn how to act properly. Respectfulness is always needed. ?

I almost gave it 5 stars! I was excited to go here.. the first time i went i ordered a latte caramel. With almond milk since im lactose intolerant. Even with a coupon from the app the server gave it to me. His partner was about to charge me and was stopped by his coworker and told me not to worry about it. The second time the guy barley wanted to serve me. I understand if your busy with another customer yet its the way you say it. Also he demanded i pay extra for almond milk. I obliged but he seemed to be upset and uncaring. I was unimpressed and a bit offended that he was rushing me.
