11I regret to inform you that my recent experience was quite disappointing. The service I received was not up to par, leaving much to be desired. Furthermore, the food presented was unfortunately stale and tough. I had truly hoped for a much more enjoyable meal and a pleasant atmosphere. I hope that future visits might offer a more positive outcome.

Came here with a necessary, desire of coffee and food. Unfortunately, the coffee was terrible! Tasted like water, there was no flavor. Then the hashbrowns tasted burnt and were soft. What a shame.

The app double charged be I kindly went to the cashier to explain I was charged and they were extremely rude and asked me to keep paying until the order went through in the app offered no assistance and dismissed me.

They could literally have 10 workers behind the counter and STILL make you late for work. No sense of urgency at all. Just skip it and go to arc bagles next door, or take a five minute walk to strawberry deli, but definitely not worth the wait. Food is usually trash too

You’re one of staff don’t know how to talk with a customer. He disrespect I pronounce wrong. I order medium hot Matcha latte so he make me fun of me. This is unacceptable retraining them how to deal with the customer please and thank you
You can walk out of this place with a decent drink but with food…forget about it. This establishment does not properly heat up their food. I had to ask the worker each time in there to leave my food in the oven a bit more before handing it to me. I was so disgusted eating my food each time they didn't heat it up properly. The texture reminds me of playdough. I go to this establishment because it is covenient where I am located for school but please if you want a proper breakfast, I recommend the dunkin on 10th ave. They seem to heat up their food properly. I do advise though not to order their oatmilk at the 10th ave location. It tastes racid like it’s been sitting out for days.
