Stopped by here after a run to grab a vegan sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel—so good! This shop had SO many vegan pastries/baked goods, along with multiple savory options. Def a great place to stop by for a coffee treat or to go meal.
I did get the vegan carrot muffin, and usually I LOVE carrot muffins but the spice blend on this one wasn’t my fav. They offered two different ones tho, one with and without icing, so maybe I just chose poorly!

Down Under Coffee is a welcoming establishment offering a variety of dietary options. They excel in gluten-free baked goods, with their gluten-free muffin praised as one of the best. Vegan options are also plentiful, including a delicious BBQ jackfruit sandwich and a vegan bacon egg and cheese on a bagel. The owners are known for their affability and the prices are reasonable. Located in the Underground Market by the subway, it's a convenient spot for commuters with special dietary needs. The place offers amazing vegan dessert options and the kindest, most helpful customer service. Customers have enjoyed the delicious sausage and egg bagel, bacon and egg bagel, and the best lemon bar. The staff behind the counter are described as super friendly and fun to talk to, and are also fast and hospitable. Gina, the owner, is very kind and seems to know her customers very well. They also offer a pastrami sandwich, ham & cheese pie, and iced coffee. At times, it can get a bit busy, but usually the service is prompt.
