This Dunkin' location is in a prime spot in Times Square, just steps from Broadway. It is a smaller location, mostly for to-go, with very little standing room inside and no restroom. It is always busy. The staff is great, friendly, super nice, smiley, and kind, providing speedy and efficient service even on crazy busy days. The coffee always slaps. Specific drinks like the Sabrina Carpenter Strawberry Daydream Refresher and the brown sugar iced shake are highlighted as really great, refreshing, and flavorful. The cinnamon vanilla hot coffee is described as ok, but a little sweet. The donuts are mid, but the tater tots are nicely seasoned and perfect for snacking. It is a convenient spot for a quick coffee and snack.
