On 01/05/25 I went to go pickup my food order that I had placed at 5:30 AM. The place was completely dark, no workers, closed. I found that very odd being that it shows on Google that it is open. I waited for 10 minutes outside in the cold when a Dunkin worker finally showed up to open, get the store up and running. 😑 Completely unacceptable that she did not arrive on time to work to open the store! Had to eat my breakfast later than I intended. 😤

I repeated my order twice to the cashier and he charged me for a random iced latte. I show him the receipt saying I never asked for this and he said to wait on the side so I can get my drinks. The manager hands the tray with the extra drink and I said no I notified the cashier and he fully said to wait on the side. He immediately gets annoyed making it seem like I wasted the drink, of course I won’t like getting charged for a random drink and then being spoken to like I’m a huge bother. The 1-star was because they gave two donuts to cover the added charge. The manager then condescendingly says what do you want with a very obvious attitude. Staff are useless here.

Visited this Dunkin' Donuts on November 25th 2024, got A. Salvador sandwich sandwich Res thrown together cheese. Not melted, red, not toasted, like the pitcher had to take you back in she's did mount. Brad is lightly chopped and not fully toasted. No good. Customer service was good but. Sandwich kind of sucked

Dirty, positively ugly, and the coffee's so hot you'll end up in hospital if you try drink within 10 mn of it bring served.
It seems like it and I can be mistaken that the lady with the a hijab. Filters through,customers that the other lady that does not use a hijab. Would like to speak to I don't know what type of correlation as to why? .THEY happen to use this technique but it seems totally. Disrespectful how can you choose who you want as a customer is this . The dating game???

Two people stepped forward in front of me. I had no problem one is a regular he goes there almost every day but the other .two I believe were from the UK and they were trying to decide what was available then. Here comes a third person and she emphatically tells me that she has to take care of a third person that was actually coming in that I do not know ahead of me. I should let HER take care of him when She sees me waiting totally disrespectful . She should be fired. Update today is the 8th of May 2024 and the miscommunication continues with this cashier. To the point of this dissatisfaction she keeps insisting that somehow she's giving me favors by not charging me for the ice. I never even engage in conversation saying I should get anything for free I don't go to Dunkin donuts to get free items I never do as a matter of fact sometimes I even leave a dollar tip. So she's problematic and I will be looking to find out a complaint of harassment NYPD for her. As I left I told her I would never return your establishment again but she said thank God I said you thank your god my God spilled blood for me. I encourage you to fire this individual as quickly as you can because you will receive the police report of harassment.
