On my initial visit, I was greeted with a bagel that could only be described as a charcoal block disguised as bread. Its rubbery texture and apparent staleness made it nearly inedible. Even the coffee's milk had an off-putting taste, leading me to discard it out of sheer concern. Hoping for redemption, I gave this place another chance by purchasing a 6-pack of donuts. To my dismay, they were hands-down the most abysmal donuts I've ever encountered at a Dunkin'. It was evident these treats had overstayed their welcome, showing signs of aging with a Boston Cream donut boasting a solid, dark yellow cream that was far from appetizing.This dismal experience sheds light on why this particular establishment remains consistently vacant—a stark contrast to the bustling nature of New York's thriving food scene. Such subpar quality and neglect of freshness are unfathomable in a city known for its culinary prowess. With numerous Dunkin' locations nearby offering far superior and fresher products, it would be wiser to steer clear of this specific outlet. Save yourself the disappointment and opt for any of the neighboring Dunkin for a more satisfying and enjoyable experience!

Don’t preorder. You might as well get in line and order. The mobile orders are never ready these workers don’t care if you have to go to work, they are rude and always mess up orders.

The friendliest DD I’ve ever been to! Large, clean space in the back to enjoy!! Staff are very fast, accurate and friendly!

Horrible customer service. My child really needed to use the bathroom. I literally communicated to the cashier that I’ll get a coffee so my child can use their bathroom. Instead of letting me know they don’t have bathroom for the public to use, he WAITED for me to order and PAY to tell me “ we don’t have bathroom here “ seriously? Sick in the head and completely dishonest

Terrible customer service, cashiers are terrible at taking orders, and on a number of occasions I order a signature latte and get a reg, or just whipped cream added…..prices are too high for such incompetence

Ordered a chai latte, got a coffee with milk. Can’t drink coffee without getting sick, so that was useless. Luckily the corporate customer service bot refunded the points used to earn the reward I spent on the drink, so I’ll just remember to stick to my preferred location.Service was also slow.
