On my initial visit, I was greeted with a bagel that could only be described as a charcoal block disguised as bread. Its rubbery texture and apparent staleness made it nearly inedible. Even the coffee's milk had an off-putting taste, leading me to discard it out of sheer concern. Hoping for redemption, I gave this place another chance by purchasing a 6-pack of donuts. Don’t preorder. You might as well get in line and order. The mobile orders are never ready these workers don’t care if you have to go to work, they are rude and always mess up orders.

Awful. Got a cup of coffee that was basically water with milk. When l asked the guy behind the counter for a different type of coffee he wants to charge me an additional $1. I poured it out and left.
