I had two horrible experiences here and both were by Amber, the obnoxiously rude employee at the front. I placed my mobile order at 1:06 and arrived at 1:26 to pick it up. Amber first looked at me and ignored me- acting like I didn’t exist. Then, I kindly informed her that I am here to pick up my mobile order. I showed her the receipt and she responded saying she “refuses to make orders after 30 minutes.” I informed her it has only been 20 minutes, plus I already paid for my order, so I would like my items please. She said no, I will not make them for you. She then proceeded to accept the customer after me and take their order. She discriminated against me by refusing me service that I paid for already, and accepting someone else behind me. I didn’t get anything in return for my money, so Dunkin Donuts stole my money.

I understand it’s cold outside but the girl at the cashier today was obnoxiously rude. I let it be because like I said.. i understand it’s cold. But then my food had frost bite. Please evaluate the atmosphere of this location, and the refrigerator.

This is worst dunkin ever no respect for customers and i ordered one thing they gave me another coffee and in loaded hash browns there is no cheese at all and the lady over their with spects she is so arrogant and disrespectful and bad behaviour too

They need to get rid of the morning manager there! She's rude, constantly on her phone when she's supposed to be working, and purposely not providing food that was clearly on the menu!
Last year I went to this store to order my breakfast before church and it was her and a young man. She was in front (and on her phone). I told her my order, and she then called the young man up to the counter and went to the back without ringing it up, so I had to tell the man my order again!
A few months ago I ordered an ice coffee which did not have any liquid sugar in it, and she argued with me that she put it in (actually the top of the bottle was unscrewed so no liquid was coming out at all). She didn't apologize, nor did she attempt to even fix the issue.
On Sunday 11/24 I went there before church to get the $6 meal. On the app it states the deal expires 11/30, but when I went to order it she stated that they stopped selling it (but it's still on the menu in the store). I went to another Dunkin Donuts today and was able to get the meal in the store!
I'm never one for seeing someone lose their job, especially with the job market the way it is, but either transfer this manager, or teach her better when it comes to customer service!
They have advertisements for special $6.00 meal. Employee said boss is not honoring the sale. I told them this is bad business to make people come to the store and see the advertisement and Turn it down.

I ordered bacon! What’s this? Honestly that cashier man is so rude and impolite. He even forgot to give me the donut , i had to ask for it for several times. He seemed like very annoyed. Looks like i own him 1 million dollars! Will never come back. The worst ?
