The Everdene Restaurant at Richard Branson's Virgin Hotel is decorated in their contemporary corporate red and inviting. The restaurant is in shades of blue and white and serves a full breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. There is a selection of olives, burrata, empanadas and squash soup for appetizers. I had an amazing time here, the server had recommended a daiquiri, my first time having that drink, it is now my favorite. I also had some wine, dawn has also gave me options to try and pick the best one. I will be coming back!
