I ordered bacon! What’s this? Honestly that cashier man is so rude and impolite. He even forgot to give me the donut , i had to ask for it for several times. He seemed like very annoyed. Looks like i own him 1 million dollars! Will never come back. The worst ?

Would love to know which store makes more: this, or the new Blue Bottle a block down. My bet is here.

normally i would never bother to review a dunkin, but every time i come here i’m reminded why i don’t come here. this dunkin is really poorly run— unnecessarily rude service, cramped space, and inconsistent product (even by dunkin’s middling consistency standards). save yourself some morning unpleasantness and walk the extra blocks to get your coffee at any of the other neighborhood dunkins, or literally anywhere else

Tried the iced macchiato. It was delicious and good quantity for the price. Service was quick too.

FYI: GRAB & GO location there is NO SEATING at this location.Excellent service & bright cheerful interior, but 2/3 of our dozen donuts were not just stale, they were VERY STALE, & there were many substitutions made to my online order. Never imagined that there’d be stale donuts & substitutions in the FIRST ORDER OF THEIR DAY.HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.SAD :(

High highs & Low lows. 4 fresh donuts & 8 stale donuts within the same order... --I ordered online, 15 minutes before they opened. They had to make substitutions (which I'd read might happen if my selections weren't all available), but I don't recall being informed of that. And I didn't expect there'd be any substituting needed because the store hadn't even opened yet, so why were they out of a common choice of their donuts already?? --Lesson learned: look inside the donut box before leaving the store. --Be certain that you don't need a location with seating (this location is grab & go only; there's space for maybe 3 customers to stand in line inside) --Format: you step inside, you line-up/order/pay/pickup, or just line-up/pickup if you've already ordered & paid online. I was the only customer when I went here so it is unclear whether they ever have 2 lines to separate the in-store ordering customers from the online ordering customers. --If I ever buy donuts from Dunkin Donuts again, I believe I'll order at the actual physical location, so that I can choose my own substitutions & so that I can ask the employees which donuts are freshest at that moment. --Another reason I'd order in-store is so that my hot drinks are hot and my cold drinks are cold at the moment I pick them up. --Straws (if needed) are in front of you at the register (front & center) --Sugar & napkins etc are at a station on your right. --Joyous to bite into a fresh donut, but only 4 of the donuts in my order were fresh. --Massively disappointed to find that that the other 8 donuts in my order were "day-old" to "dayS-old" stale. --Friendly, helpful employee, who put my 3 large drinks in a drink tray & helped me to slide that tray into the brown paper bag with handles that I'd brought (glad I brought that bag bc while the DD drink tray/holder does hold the drinks snugly, it does not have a handle on it, so balancing a heavy drink tray on the palm of my hand or trying to hold the tray with one hand all the way home would've been challenging). --Lesson learned: bring a brown paper bag that has handles with me, if drinks are part of my order. It made it MUCH easier to transport the box of donuts & 3 large drinks to the location where we'd planned to consume it all. --There was a tip bowl on the counter, in between the two registers. I didn't see any option to tip online, so I came prepared with a cash tip. Leave a proper tip--if even for just your own benefit--it works.

If I could inject their coffee in my veins; I WOULD ? there coffee is so rich in flavor you taste the bean all the way on how it’s roasted. And their donuts freshly baked are the best ❤️‍?

a tiny dd on the west side near my office thats strictly order , grab and go . simple typical dd menu and its always a dozen mixed donuts and 2 extra large coffees which my slacker worker's will eat and drink to the last crumb and drop. never had a issue when ordering and its never the same folks working behind the small counter as my visits tend to me once a month or less . giving 3 stars as the donuts tend to be fresh most of the time .

We decided to pop into Dunkin before heading into Central Park for a walk around the lower park. Having used Dunkin a couple of times in the Uk we are vaguely familiar with the setup, what I was very surprised by is how much cheaper it is in the US than Starbucks!!! 2 small drinks in Starbucks were averaging around $8 for us, where Dunkin we were getting a medium and a small for $6! I suspect I now know why “America runs on Dunkin” as they have a much better value. The Brown Sugar Cream cold brew was superb! That perfect balance between sweet and bitter + cold for the 36degree heat!

Wrong drinks, non of staff spoke English, complete chaos. Drinks didn’t taste that good after long wait. Will not be back

Hello! I had the breakfast at the JFK airport. It is a pretty much only option there as the other restaurant is closed. The food was fresh and the service was quick.

Employees forgot my order and I was waiting for a while. But they were nice and fixed it.
