Interesting experience. Went in the evening, so it wasn’t a busy time period. It did take time to get the order. Our server was friendly enough, and went as fast as he could. It wasn’t that fast though, He seemed to be doing a lot. I didn’t see any other staff members helping him. The food was super hot!!! Had to wait to eat. Sometimes it’s hit or miss on the warmth of food from fast food places. He made my ice coffee just right. The juice refrigerator should be behind...

Dec 31, 10:30 ish I ordered a coffee. A simple coffee with cream and sugar. And there was no sugar in it ? Seriously. Just cream and coffee. Train them for how to make a simple coffee

I love dunkin but not when I'm charged for extras that is not listed on price board. They charge for flavors such as caramel. Not extra Carmel just Carmel flavored coffee. Smh. Never seen that at any dunkin. T he staff is nice. But don't mix coffee very well. Maybe I'm just use to other locations and will stick with them.
