I went in to get a Breakfast sandwich at about 5pm..for My Mom...The gentleman there very friendly and attentive...Sandwich Mom Loved it ..and gave me complimentary donuts ? !!

Worst DD store ever. Ordered a iced coffee with coconut milk. No coconut flavor at all and the coffee is so watered down, I taste more water than coffee and I’m not exaggerating.
The cashier struggled through my order as they were busy texting and pretending to listen to me. Coffee was watered down. Sad. Wish I could give zero stars.

If you're hoping for pick-up, don't waste your time here. This is the first review I have written but this was too much. Staff is incredibly disorganised and also completely disinterested and only got more frustrated the more the store filled up. No customers were making a fuss, the employees just started shouting at us. They were not labelling pick-up orders, tossing them onto the pick-up table without calling any names, and when a woman clearly stated her name TO them they did not check if her order was correct and handed her a random coffee from the pick-up station. She had to return it after realising (she drank some, thankfully no allergies) so they slowly remade 2 orders while still having a line building up. Four customers reiterated their order and two of us still walked out with the wrong donut order, and the employee even pressed that it WAS my order, regardless of what I said. I'm in college and STILL would much rather pay a couple of extra bucks at a local café.
