Charged me $6.40 for small hot cappuccino which is normally $4.60 to 4.90 everywhere in manhattan.
Several times I've ordered a Mocha, both hot and frozen, they never out any inside the drink to the point it's just hot milk. Numerous times I've made an order only to have it made wrong, it's frustrating.
Way to slow here. I put my order in at 6th Avenue and by the time I get here its still not done. There's only two people who work here. One does drinks and one does food. That's it. It's almost impossible to order something at the counter because they prioritize online orders.

Dunkin' offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant serves a variety of meals, including Breakfast sandwiches, with fresh donuts available. Service is generally excellent, despite occasional mistakes with new employees. Donuts are always fresh, and drinks are made quickly.
