I ordered a frozen coffee from the app and one of the workers said "you ordered online and I have to make it" in a rude way. She also gave attitude to the other customers that were ordering. The environment here is nice though and the frozen coffee tasted great though.

This is the worst service. Every day I come for my coffee, and the staff is incredibly rude; they don’t even greet you, and it takes way too long to place an order. Today, I went, and there was nobody else in line, but I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone could take my order. It’s the worst service. I don’t understand how they can hire such incompetent people

The staff here is terrible! They are rude and fight with the customers. Zero customer service skills. I have been to Dunkin's all over the country and this is the WORST one! They made a mistake on my drink, I let them know it was not correct, the response from the nasty lady was "I'm not going to make your drink again". I was stunned and just left the drink that I paid $8 for on the counter and walked out. I gave it one more chance a few months later hoping there would be different staff there, same mean lady. When I gave my order, she mumbled at me and I asked what she was saying, she turned to the other lady and made fun of me in her language. I am NEVER coming back here.

I ordered me a Small pumpkin spice latte I told them no Whip cream and they did it anyway And a sesame Bagel toasted with egg & cheese with turkey sausage the food taste like rubber I couldn't eat it cause I couldn't not chew it that's how hard it was. smh, hire a new entire staff asap or gave me back my money. I still have my receipt.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This DD location has extremely rude and disrespectful workers. I do not trust anyone like that preparing my food. They need to hire a whole new group of workers. I love DD but hate this location due to the horrible costumer service.

Wow! They are understaffed and not adequately trained. It's an ordeal from the moment you step in to order, long wait for your order and minimal costumer service. The order ahead of me involved multiple drinks and customer had to request a number of times for a drink tray to carry out. You want to support a business but service like this makes it difficult.

I hate leaving poor reviews but I've ordered from this place multiple times and their coffee and cold brew are always insanely bitter. Drinks that taste amazing at other locations are undrinkable here. I've wasted so much money on coffee that I don't end up drinking. I kept on trying hoping it was just a bad streak but it's clear they don't care about the quality of their drinks. Super bummed
