This is the worst service. Every day I come for my coffee, and the staff is incredibly rude; they don’t even greet you, and it takes way too long to place an order. Today, I went, and there was nobody else in line, but I had to wait for 20 minutes before someone could take my order. It’s the worst service. I don’t understand how they can hire such incompetent people
The staff here is terrible! They are rude and fight with the customers. Zero customer service skills. I have been to Dunkin's all over the country and this is the WORST one! They made a mistake on my drink, I let them know it was not correct, the response from the nasty lady was "I'm not going to make your drink again". I was stunned and just left the drink that I paid $8 for on the counter and walked out. I gave it one more chance a few months later hoping there would be different...read full review

I ordered a frozen coffee from the app and one of the workers said "you ordered online and I have to make it" in a rude way. She also gave attitude to the other customers that were ordering. The environment here is nice though and the frozen coffee tasted great though.
