Love the staff worth it everytime
Worker there is flirty with my husband. There’s a difference between being friendly and flirty and being flirty is what I pick up and I don’t like it. Someone needs to do something about this before I do.
they deserve more than 5 stars this is legit the best dunkin donut spot there is it’s needs more recognition than it gets from the staff down to the coffee and food down to the army the cleanliness i travel all the way from where i live just to get my coffee from there ! they always always make my
coffee right every single time . the staff deserve bonuses ok they are angels literally
Excellent
I would like to say this first, I am 13 and I go here every week or so in the mornings before school. The morning staff are different from the afternoon staff. The morning staff are very nice, and since I go every week I have a regular. One of the ladies that work at the cashier knows my order very well, and is extremely kind. I came with a card once day and the lady said she was so amazed that I now had a card! \(OwO)/ ? The other ladies I know are very speedy when it comes to cooking the food I order. The wait time for your order is about 5 to 10 minutes, but they really take their time to make the order. I always get 5 things and sometimes I try something new from the menu and the ladies there are very supportive in my choices. My regular is a Bacon, Egg and Cheese on a Croissant with 2 6-piece Hash-browns, Snackin' Bacon and an Iced Latte. That normally adds up to a good $18 to $21 and some change. My favorite items from the menu are my regular, the Strawberry Dragon-fruit Refresher, the Pumpkin Spice Latte, the Churro Donut, the Wowza Watermelon Duo and the Glazed Chocolate Donut. The energy and the vibe is so kind and heart-warming. I really find this to be a kind of comfort spot if I ever want to chill here someday and maybe create some art. The outside is okay, but that's not their fault! It's just the neighborhood the Dunkin' is in, one thing that's convenient is the fact that the Dunkin' is 4 blocks away from the M8 and a crosswalk away from the M14D SBS+. This Dunkin' location deserves more positive reviews! \(>w<)/ ?
Vegetarian options: I believe the current options they have for vegetarians are the Avocado Toast + Variations if they have any.
Kid-friendliness: If your card declines they let you have your order for free but you have to go the next day to pay it back. Now, if you don't have enough money to pay for your food they give you a senior discount only in cash (I haven't tried in card).

The staff in this location are very loud. They socialize with each other too much and there is too much shouting and loud laughter which does not make for a good atmosphere for customers.

The employees at this store talk and fool around more than they work. Nor do they know how to count change or to give you what you ordered. This is why I love self-checkout because I don't have to deal with stupid and rude people who don't know how or want to do their jobs. Also, if you have bad acne and are just not that attractive or intelligent, you probably shouldn't be laughing at your customers.
