This was a great Dunkin Donuts a few years back but sadly it keeps going downhill. The mobile orders are missing something about 1 out of 3 times. Very frustrating. I hate having to open everything before I leave the store to ensure it's complete.

I placed an $99 order online in advance for a business meeting presentation 7/19 involving over 28 pp, which I requested they deliver via GrubHub to the business at 2:45 pm yesterday. Everything was confirmed and set up. They ended up cancelling the order two minutes prior to the requested delivery time stiffing me for this business meeting. I found out from GrubHub that is wasn't the delivery guy's fault. When he came to do the pickup for delivery around 2:30 pm, they just didn't have the order for him/her, so they ended up screwing him/her too out of the gas and the tip. This Dunkin closed at 3 pm and I guess they just didn't want to fill the order though they still accepted the order prior and all day until just before it was to deliver. Though I was credited back in full, of course, that this Dunkin was just so unprofessional and incompetent to cancel an order like that affecting so many ppl made me feel I had to post it online. I guess it all worked out because GrubHub gave me a coupon for $10 for future use and the ppl at the presentation weren't given such unhealthy sugar packed snacks with tepid week coffee was a blessing in disguise. I feel sorry for the delivery guy though. Makes one wonder how some small businesses manage.

I have made many stops at this dunkin donuts location, each visit as pleasant as the last one. The staff here are attentive and courteous and never take too long to bring you your order. This time I got a mangonada smoothie, not only did the employee here accepted my order with a smile they made sure I can see the drink be made and man was it a great tasting smoothie. I definitely plan to continue stopping here shine whenever I need a quick break from work

These people make the shittiest milkshakes ever. I'll do 25 to life on Rikers for murdering DD baristas before I come back here. Even after -nicely and respectfully- explaining to the staff that the milkshake was thin and water-y, they just can't seem to understand that all you have to do is use slightly less milk and add more ice cream. The Dunkin' part is 5 stars, but the Baskin Robbins gets about -4 stars.

I just ordered delivery from this location. I ordered the bacon strips and let me tell you the bacon looks like dog treat’s. Im not understanding how you can sell this to someone thinking its ok. If i don’t get a response back from anyone and my money back. I promise i will make my way there and it wont be pretty?

There are three ladies that work in the morning that are great. They are always pleasant. I went this afternoon 2/1 in the heavy snow and there was a man which I assume is the manager. At first he was pleasant , but I had a minor complaint about the coffee I had. I asked for a midnight and he gave me regular. When I tried to correct him , his pleasant nature turned into an aggressive one. He asked if I want regular and I said No , I would like midnight and the one I had was not midnight (Not to mention the coffee was like warm) He told me with an aggressive attitude "hurry up, I have customers. " I asked for my money back in a polite manner right away because I paid for a midnight coffee so I expect to get what I asked for , if what I ask for can not be accommodated then say that. Good customer service should be a priority, especially if the customer has not presented with an aggressive attitude. If I was rude then I could understand from the receiving end.
