As a customer and a employeewho works in the food industry over 11 years, I come in every morning to this location and order the same thing everyday, this morning two ladies in the front started arguing with the guy (heating) up the food orders in the back of the restaurant. I had to get up and ask for my order as they completely didn’t even start or put it my order. I have a certain amount of time when coming in every morning so I like to eat before heading in to work and this morning they took up my time @ patience, they were very unprofessional in arguing in front of a line of customers and not serving their customers and more concerned about their argument. I even told them as an employee of the food industry they were HIGHLY unprofessional!!!

I'm pretty disappointed with my last visit to Dunkin'. I got a lot of food items, like the hash browns, the sausage egg and cheese croissant, and a chicken, bacon, and cheese stuffer. I also ordered a frozen coffee that I wanted to try. The ordering through the app worked well enough, and on their end, they picked up the order and it was ready by the time I got there. After I picked up my order and got back to the office, I took a sip of my frozen coffee and realised it was sour and completely undrinkable. After a few more sips to make sure I wasn't crazy, I had to throw it out. I'm guessing that the milk they used in the coffee was expired, which is unacceptable, frankly, for an establishment serving coffee to not have checked something as simple as this. The food was good though, as expected, which is why I've given this visit 2 stars.

Today (4/20 11:30 a.m.) male manager at Dunkin Donuts at 712 3rd Avenue was very mean. I have no idea what his problem. We all have bad days but don't bring that crap to work. The female manager that worked at this location was super nice. What happened to her? Because he was a complete a*** There are literally 2 other locations a block away east and west I don't have to take this crap. How soon we forget, just 2 years ago restaurants were suffering because of covid, that when people started coming back they were super nice BUT now it's like people have forgotten and have gone back to their cranky a** selves.....unbelievable!

Super slow. Unorganized…….. you can literally steal anyone’s coffee here… and the cashier never wants to give the receipt for fear of bad surveys. Waiting over 8min for a small black coffee which the cashier should’ve made.. lol

There is no AC in here, or it’s never ON. It’s so uncomfortable. And the guys that work there are extremely slow, the woman there are very good and super fast!

I know a lot of people know this restaurant from the movie midnight in the garden of good and evil (wife made me watch it) and while I didn't see a guy with pet flys sitting at the counter I did have a wonderful breakfast and Alice was our waitress and she was wonderful. The food is good and it really makes you visit to Savannah compete. Thank you.
