Visited on Sunday 10/23 in the morning. The staff here lied to me about if my coffee was decaf or regular.I wouldn't recommend visiting and the staff should be removed.

I dont know whats wrong with this location but every time they mess up the orders, the attention is the worse ever and they always have an attitude.

Dunkin Donuts slogan should be “we run on misleading”. If you’re advertising a promotion ex: your $2 medium winter coffee deal, if a customer ask for a medium coffee, the same way I’m followed with “hot or iced?” I should get that same questioning on whether I want the original or their promotional winter brew. I was surprised to see a $2.99 charge for what I was expecting to be $2. Transparency equals human alignment. I’ll do my part and recite in full detail of what I want, moving forward.

Very small dunkin location, strictly grab and go. Donut choices are VERY limited at best. Quality of coffee and donuts are sub par to a good dunkin, better choices elsewhere.

Why am I paying for sweet foam, if I’m not getting any. That’s my only complaint. The workers there are decent but I’m just sick of getting sweet foam some day and some days I don’t but I still pay every time to get it.

I prefer DD over Starbucks. This is Worst location. Always slow. Always disorganized. Need to change the staff as they are always behind and work poorly. It’s a disappointment almost every time I go. There are always other customers frustrated along w me.

The cappuccinos we had ordered were good tho.They kept messing the order up at the register so we eventually gave up and just went with it. I don’t think the cashier understood us very well, which definitely is a problem when you’re working with customer service.OK-place.

Good location but they must be short-staffed, especially in the morning. Online orders are hard to get on time, even if they show "ready" on the screen, a good chance is they haven't even been started yet (that's a widespread Dunkin problem though). "Hot" latte is consistently tepid at best, often just room temperature. Staff is polite and I think they're trying their best with the resources they have.
