Dunkin Donuts slogan should be “we run on misleading”. If you’re advertising a promotion ex: your $2 medium winter coffee deal, if a customer ask for a medium coffee, the same way I’m followed with “hot or iced?” I should get that same questioning on whether I want the original or their promotional winter brew. Why am I paying for sweet foam, if I’m not getting any. That’s my only complaint. The workers there are decent but I’m just sick of getting sweet foam some day and some days I don’t but I still pay every time to get it.
