I came in a couple days ago, looking for packets of salt (my friend was sick and needed salt to gargle). To the man working at DD who just brought me salt packets despite it being so busy and me not ordering anything else, I appreciate your kindness and compassion. I was stressed as a traveller trying to find medicine and salt for my friend who was sick so thank you for your help. Kindness goes a long way!

Had difficulty with a rewards purchase, The cashiers were very dismissive. Both attendants were not knowledgeable or pleasant in their approach. This location was convenient to me, but after this treatment I will NEVER come back!

I came into the store and this was the worst experience. For one I ordered the new snores iced coffee and then was given the smores cold foam .. so that means I was overcharged secondly I was charged for this grape jelly and as you can see how it looks and .. the smell of it is disturbing. My drink tastes like a regular coffee and it’s watered down. And the sandwich is covered in oil and it smells horrible.
Staff keeps charging me differently for extra matcha every time I come in. Today they tried to charge me a dollar. I will not be coming back again. They also act like I have a problem paying for extra matcha. My drink is already $6, I don’t mind paying for it —be serious.

Definitely deserves more credit!! I work with public and understand things like this happen! They forgot to give me my food and just gave me a drink, when I had a friend pick it up for me while I was busy at work, but they accepted accountability and was able to give me fresh food when I came in, they were super nice on the phone, really appreciated it and everyone had the biggest smile!!
