It’s a good Dunkin and they’re always fast, but there are constantly vagrants asking for money and holding the door. No room to sit in this location, only take out.
I come here almost everyday to get my coffee before work. They always make my coffee exactly how I want it. I usually use the app to get my food as I am rushing normally. They always make my order fast and it always taste good. If you want a discount or deal try downloading the Dunkin app as there is always offers and your total will be cheaper.
I bought a pack of 12 munchkins for $5.99 today, and I'm disappointed. The munchkins weren't fresh, and several were either empty or had minimal jelly.

The donuts are overpriced to a fraudulent level. Verify it for yourself. It's either an extremely greedy franchise owner or the employees are perpetrating the fraud by crossing out and writting in prices (in crayon or pencil) on aseparate price board that are at least 5 dollars more than other nearby dd franchises charge.A few days ago, I walked from the 23rd/24th and 8th avenue store to here (23rd and 6th avenue) bc the 8th avenue store ran out of the donuts I preferred. Only after I already purchased them from 6th avenue store, I realized I paid more than 5 dollars for 1/2 dozen donuts than at the 8th avenue store. It may have been actually 8 dollars more! To be 'fair', I don't exactly fully recall the prices for 1/2 donuts at both stores. I do remember that the sign in the 6th avenue store, again written in crayon or pencil, said $19.99 for a dozen donuts and either $14.99 or $15.99 for a 1/2 dozen.I usually don't pay so close attention to prices but I have found myself in a situation where I am on *strict* budget until the end year and that overcharge really hurt. The also cashier placed the receipt in the bag rather than handing it over. Usually not too unusual, but the way he did it seemed strange and peculiar to me which made me become more alert to how much I was paying.Unfortunately the small Dunkin Donuts oon 23rd/24th and 7th avenue closed. Yeah, no: no mistake here: there were at least **3** Dunkin Donuts within 2 block area of each other: 23rd/24th and 8th ave, 23rd/24th and 7th ave, and 23r btw 6th and 7th (very close to 6th avenue) I guess the 6th ave store feels more emboldened now. Crikey, do yourself a favor, don't patronize this store that so outrageously fleeces their customers and go to 23rd/24th and 8th ave store instead.

Terrible customer service I think they are racist! Other black people have mentioned their rude behavior and I barely see any from non black people. They ignored me and helped the white woman. Greeted her nicely and everything but a cent of that for me. I had to get my own straw while he was super nice and bent over backwards for her.
