I enjoy coming to this Dunkin. The staff is very friendly and they always have fresh munchkin donut holes. They open early and are well staffed. Never a long wait even if there are a lot of people inside.

I went to this place twice. Both times the experience was really bad. The first time I went to get a refresher and I told them i have a throat pain so don’t put ice on my drink but when I got the drink it was full of ice to the top. I told them to please remake it and they didn’t wanna do it. Do the lady behind me saw it and she also talked to the person on the counter to remake it. Then at last they remade it but again put half ice. I didn’t wanna tell them again so I left.Second time I went there were 2 Bangladeshi girls on the counter. I was in the line and it was my turn. They didn’t even look at me. And started speaking something in Bangladeshi language. I don’t understand their language. Then she said how can I help you to the lady behind me. The lady behind me was an American lady. Even she was shocked and told them it’s her turn. Then the other Bangladeshi girl laughed at it. Like what was that? Was that disrespect or racism I don’t get it. After that I never went to this place. Worst place ever. The customer service and the people in the front are the worst.

The food taste like any Dunkin but the service was terrible. Cashier was in their on his phone, one of the guys were eating while preparing our food, & no hair net in sight. This is a lax management location.

Dunkin Donuts always gets bad reviews and I don't understand. You know what you're getting because they're all the same. My daughter spent time with me walking in this neighborhood during Summer Streets. We stopped in to take a quick break and split a donut just for the heck of it. Yes it's busy but it's about sharing the moment. My daughter really enjoys DD coffee. If you like Dunkin and are in the neighborhood just kill the employees with kindness and smile a lot. They'll be nice either because you are nice or because they think you're crazy! Don't forget a tip cause it helps the situation.

Takes forever just to get basic orders. 20 min wait for a breakfast wrap.
Terrible! Arrived at location at 10:02 pm and the doors were locked. I knocked on the window because Google showed them open until 11pm. The man in uniform looked at me and looked away.

Got breakfast, a bagel with cream cheese and egg /cheese with crossiant, both were horrible.The bagel was as hard as a rock, couldn't even chew it and the crossiant was hard as well and very dry, didn't taste well.Ended up throwing them.

I've been to this Dunkin' a few times since I've moved to the area. Today I ordered online, when I showed up, I was ignored for 5 minutes even though the store was empty. My order didn't have all the items, and the food I did receive was freezing cold ( I picked up my order 15 minutes after placing order). My sandwich tasted like it was old and reheated. My drink didn't have all the components I asked for. The store itself was dirty. I came in at 9;30 and the garbage was already over flowing.
