This actually used to be one of the better locations. Then they did a interior redesign and seemingly forgot where everything is.

I visited this Dunkin with my husband today November 3rd. Our experience was disgusting. The lady who took my husband’s order, her name was Munmun, was not listening to a word he was saying. She kept talking over him. He cannot have coffee so he was asking for decaffeinated tea. She still made a mistake on his order and gave him regular tea instead of decaffeinated tea. She never apologized to him, she said to the guy that was making the tea “my bad” but nothing to my husband. He ordered his tea with milk, 2 sugars. When he finally gave him the decaffeinated tea, the guy never added the milk. He gave him a very hot tea and it almost burnt his fingers. This establishment needs better employees. People that are willing to listen to what the customers want instead of talking over them. They also need to take a class on how to apologize to the customers when they make mistakes that can harm their clients. This experience was a big inconvenience for us. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and I did not appreciate how my husband was treated. I usually come to this Dunkin after leaving my medical appointments but, I would never come back again after seeing how my husband was treated. I am very disappointed!

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE IN HISTORY!😡
If I can give 0 stars I would.
My pregnant wife and I went to our baby’s appointment, we decided to grab a bite today November 3rd 2025. We saw the $6 sign and went in.

The woman (MunMun) called next, I asked for the meal with tea, because I don’t drink coffee. I was fine and understanding that the meal only came with coffee. So I then ask for a wake up wrap, which doesn’t come with a meal. I was still understanding.

She would talk over me, didn’t let me get a word. I finally asked for a decaf tea, telling the woman “I cannot have caffeine”. I told her please 3/4 with hot water. She told her coworker (the guy) that was preparing my order.

He gave me the “finished” tea. I asked him was it decaf. Guess what it was caffeinated. I checked my receipt caffeinated as well. She apologized to her coworker “my bad” and not one apology to me.

He makes another tea, all hot water no milk. Nearly burned myself. Again I get no apologies. Now all I want is my refund. I am furious.

I told my wife lets leave and it wasn’t even about the money anymore. It’s the principle, and customer service. A customer came out and told me she was processing my refund. Its okay they can keep the money!

Training needs to be enforced and there should be managers going and doing random check-ups.

I ordered a frozen coffee with Sweetened vanilla and whipped cream, instead of adding the vanilla into the actual drink they poured it on top of my whipped cream so I was forced to mix all the whipped cream in and ruin it just to taste the vanilla normally

I went there yesterday, telling them my phone is dead and I would buy stuff and ask them if they could charge my phone for a bit because I needed to go to a place in mulberry street. They said no, which is fine, then I kept asking them if they could check out the address in their phone so I could get there, and they acted as if I was looking for charity or something and kept stonewalling me. very poor interaction

I really just wanted to ask for some ketchups. I even waited for you to finish what you were doing. Didn’t need to give me attitude early in the morning. And I didn’t even get my ketchups in the end. Bad customer service

Good breakfast muffin and iced coffee, exactly what I was wanting early in the morning. There is variety on how you want your coffee to fancy it up a bit. I enjoyed a shot of coconut in mine.

Just wish there was a bit more seating inside!
