I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a cookie dough frozen coffee, and hash browns. My bagel barely had cream cheese and my coffee was missing mocha drizzle and was chunky. I have ordered this drink before and it was smooth and creamy. A regular was talking to the worker, and when I asked for a straw because she forgot to give me one, her smile dropped.

where I do begin, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I never leave reviews I had to go out of my way to do this. So to start off the amount of times I have got my order wrong is insane.. THEN when you tell them about it THEY GET UPSET AT YOU and look at you like you just kicked a puppy and then iv seen this more than 5 times now and personally happen to me like 3 times so they will take back the item to just give you the wrong item and you'll have to wait again and again until they get it right. Then when its slow and no one is in the store you'll still wait an outrageous amount of time because all they do is chat and even when they take your order they are just talking and not paying attention the amount of times I had to re tell them my order is crazy and when you finally get the order right its either burned or just mashed together, I literally had a wrap look like a ball and just today I found hair in my food and I decided I am done with this DD I tried sticking through it, sadly its the only one close to my job but I cant keep doing this. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts management has to step in.

one time i went, the cashier took my order and he completely forgot about my drink ?? i waited like 20 mins until my friend said i should ask him. what kinda customer service is that?

today i went and was trying to activate the buy something, get a free medium drink deal via the dunkin app. i show the cashier the deal, she assumes that i want an iced coffee (i never said that ??) so i tell her what i actually want and she scans my code. i don't know what she did but my total cost comes out to $8, when it's supposed to be just $2.25 ? she calls someone else in, and she tells me that this deal doesn't apply to lattes which isn't true.. it applies to ANY drink. it says it on the app. i literally got a latte with this deal the last time i was here ??? she tries scanning my code again but now it doesn't work cause the cashier already scanned it and its only applicable once per day. then she says my code is invalid.. like nah really? i wonder why!

proper customer service is non-existent here. i highly suggest finding a different dunkin cause it's not worth your time to go here. staff are incompetent and should not be working here at all.

Bad service, rude attitude, should learn how to talk to customer properly and definitely should know how to respect people. If they don’t know how to respect they should not work there. We buy food with our money don’t know where the attitude is coming from. They were charging me for not taking ice in a drink. NONSENSE.

It is an okay store. They are very busy during the week especially mornings, which is expected. They are a little slow in orders too. Some employees are nice and some have attitudes. There was this lady today in the morning who had an attitude as I asked to pay two ways for an order. Like CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER ONE ALWAYS. If I am trying to place an order, YOU as the cashier should be able to help me without making it me feel uncomfortable as you do so. I did not like that. Train your employees better!
