My favorite coffee/tea cafe in the Upper East Side…..and maybe the city. Cozy on the side, kind baristas, and THEY PLAY JAZZ/BOSSA NOVA! Still cannot wrap my mind around the fact that most cafes in the city don’t. Pastries are delicious and coffee is good. Not muddy. Tad pricey, but comparableto everywhere else in the neighborhood, to be fair. If you like allof the above and a place to sharegood convo w/ close friends or a romantic partner, look no further!
Inviting little bakery with pleasant ambiance, friendly service and wonderful pastries. Refreshingly for NY they serve their coffee in regular cups if you dine in. My latte was a perfect addition to the delicious apple tart. Bon appetite in Bel Ami.

A wonderful cafe with cosy elevated ambiance, mellow music, nice crowd and delicious pastries. Their matcha latte was a bit sweet which I did not like, but I had forgotten to request unsweetened thinking it comes by default.
