Barbaresco Reviews
Good food, service, and value. I am not much of a fish person but got the salmon and it was really good!
To write a fair review, I will highlight the good first. The restaurant is centrally located and very nice. The food was very good too and the kitchen was accommodating to switching out a carb with spinach, no charge. Most of the wait staff, especially our 2nd waiter were lovely. I removed stars because the first person who seats you (maybe the headwaiter) was almost to the point of rude. Once we had nothing to do with him, we had a really lovely time.
The service was outstanding. The number of specials was truly impressive. Some particularly notable dishes included the portable mushroom appetizer and the tiramisu, which, without question the best we have ever had.

Barbaresco is a small, cozy Italian restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The food is described as delicious, with highlights such as the mushroom soup, ravioli with cheese and mushrooms, duck special, seafood special, and a really good baked salt branzino. The staff are praised for their warm, attentive, and family-like service. The atmosphere is great, featuring elegant Italian bistro surroundings with old-fashioned white tablecloths and a civilized vibe. The noise level is low, making it perfect for conversations. While the menu may not be big, the restaurant is accommodating and will modify orders upon request. Barbaresco consistently offers excellent food, good wine, and professional service at reasonable prices, making it a special and enjoyable neighborhood gem.
