Came in from the cold for a cup Dunkin. Took the first sip and almost spit it out. I was sure I was making it up and tried to power through a couple more sips. No, this was terrible coffee, and it did not have that distinct Dunkin taste I’ve drank some Dunkin in my day. Know what it’s supposed to taste like. I went up to the counter to see if perhaps it was an old batch or they had inadvertently messed it up this batch. Guy swore it was fresh and even right away gave me a replacement. I truly did WANT it to be better, I did, but it was the same terrible coffee like the first cup. Was watered down for certain, and I’d put money on the fact it was also a cheaper blend of coffee that you shouldn’t call coffee. I poured it out actually. My advice: if you’re looking for coffee don’t waste your money. Dunkin corporate needs to do some serious QC on this joint.

I came in just to get out of the rain it smelt good inside, and the workers seemed to be working together well. I didn't stay long, however I would come back here again to purchase something delightful. My daughter likes this Dunkin donuts 🍩 it's well lit.

We came here to get donuts for our family. We like the classic chocolate iced donut, but they only had 5 left. Yet there was a case full of brightly colered iced donuts (probably colored with artificial food dye). I guess no one wanted those.
The service was helpful and got our order right. We ordered take out, but it was fairly loud in there, and the vibe in there was sterile and flat.

I been here a few times and each time I been here always am issue when making orders. They can ring up orders properly always repeat it back to you the way you want it but then when making your drink they do whatever they want to it.

This location is okay- Items prepared are accurate most of the time but can be hit or miss. As is the case with most Dunkin’s now there is no music playing which makes for a flat atmosphere. Seeing this is more Dunkin’s post covid. Nice location and despite the way it feels there tends to be a nice crowd of people.
Gotta get my Dunkin' on!!! As usual I get a frozen chocolate, (such a brain freeze!), a sausage egg and cheese wale up wrap (the protein!), and I get my little one her fave: mini everything bagels. Definitely a hit on and the service is TOP

First time at this location as i work nearby. As i started my order and greeted the person behind the register the person was looking at me as if i had a gun or something and not even paying attention to my order or face. As i was welcoming and ordering he seemed afraid which made me uncomfortable. After he finished looking at my pockets hands etc. He finally looks up and listens to my order then his attitude changes as i order cream and oatmilk with my coffee and we both laugh because its 1 or the other. Immediately after that he speaks in what i believe is indian language with the other employee and they start laughing, its obious they are joking about the customer and customers which was very uncomfortable to me as well. I didnt make a big deal about anything or address it but he put my order as hot coffee when i asked for iced, they quickly changed it but it shows the lack of attention. Its too hott to be drinking hot coffee atleast for me. I then sat down for a while as i drink my coffee and i take in the energy without intention, as i see them treat other customers. They seem very nice but its like they are not really, atleast from my initial experience, bad customer service. However i will never return to this location.

They don't listen. Everything I ask for they repeated it and still messed up my order. I simple asked for a chai tea with almond milk, I got a medium iced vanilla frosted donut signature latte 3 vanilla shot 1 whip cream 1 caramel drizzle rainbow sprinklers on top. All of that is sugar that I can't have, now I'm sick because cancer and sugar doesn't mix.
