Outstanding coffee. Be prepared to wait about 10-15 minutes for your order if it’s busy.

Birch Coffee is a pleasant cafe that offers a wide choice of coffee drinks. The coffee is consistently excellent, with a particular highlight being the espresso, which is always smooth and never disappoints. The staff is courteous and eager to create a nice experience, and visitors often note how kind and friendly they are. The cafe has plenty of seating, including outside, and serves a range of coffee drinks, like oat lattes, vanilla lattes, drip coffee, and double cortados with a delightful crema. The dirty chai and rosemary honey biscuit are also delicious—warm it up and add butter for the best taste. The dry roast stands out for its distinct taste without being overly pretentious.
The atmosphere is generally lovely, making it a great place to start the morning or enjoy a yummy drink. On busy days, the baristas manage a good system that helps reduce wait times, even when the cafe is crowded. The noise level can be a bit loud, especially on weekends when music might be abrasive, but overall, it remains a good spot for sitting with a computer or chatting with friends. The staff and customers are friendly, and the coffee, including favorites like the mocha with oatmilk, is always consistent and flavorful.
