I am sick of this Dunkin location. It’s nice and convenient because it’s only a 3 minute walk from my apartment but the staff is terrible. I’ve never witnessed such a cold and pushy staff at a chain before I stepped foot in this Dunkin. Every time I go in there I either get shamed for only ordering one thing or I get hash browns pushed on me over and over again. Since This Dunkin Donuts opened on 1st Ave and 51st street it has been my go to place in the morning before work or my Sunday take all my time hangout in the morning . After 9am it starts to get crowded in this small place and the only seating is the side counter area by the left wall area . What I like about this location is that they have full selection of donuts and bagels INCLUDING the typical beverages and other food options and a big plus is they have more then 4 folks...read full review
I have never gotten a good coffee from here, either the order is taken wrong or the coffee tastes water down and not fresh. The staff is a bit cold as well. Unfortunately, the are better location close by relatively. The making of the fast food is adequate and efficient enough. But will aim to go elsewhere unless in a pinch.
