First and last time coming to this Dunkin because of this light skinned short Indian woman named Sarah. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Her whole attitude and facial expressions made it clear she didn’t want to help customers. I ordered a matcha latte that was basically a cup of milk. When I asked if it was supposed to be that light, she snapped “yes” with a nasty attitude. After tasting it and asking for another scoop of matcha, she rolled her eyes and looked at me like I was a problem for simply wanting what I paid for.
The guy working there was polite and respectful, which made Sarah’s behavior stand out even more. I usually go to the Dunkin on 108th & Broadway where the staff are friendly and welcoming. This was my first time at this location, and it’ll definitely be my last unless they seriously address their customer service.

One woman was leaving and the other one seemed to be working on another order but she just ignored me when I tried to talk to her and give my order.

There is no bathroom. There are no seats. It's just a big room where you can order something and then leave. They could have outdoor seating overlooking the park. But they just want to sell you something and have you leave immediately. And all that would be fine except the food was very bad. It was so bad I will never order from there again. I don't think I could make a breakfast sandwich taste so bland if I tried. I even gave them the solution, I asked for butter on the bread, but it was so lacking in taste I almost skipped lunch. And when I asked them to use my reusable cup they said no they can't. So they are forcing everyone to pollute with plastic. Shame on you dunkin' donuts. My advice find an independent coffee shop.

got a free donut, when i got back to da crib it had a hair in the bag. then went back, told dem what happened. shawty then continued to throw away the donut then put the new one in the same bag w the hair in it. ? went back nd told her again. got a new free donut. should’ve gave me a whole 12 pack for playing w my time like dat.

Absolutely discussed by the behaviour of the staff. So we went in and asked for a latte and a vanilla latte, collected our drinks and walked out, my partner took a sip and realised there was no vanilla in it so she went back into the story thinking they had mealy forget to add it. The young lady behind the counter tool it away in discussed removed the lid and spat in the cup, she them giggled at the co work and gave the cup back to my partner. In utter disbelief we just left without the drink
