I started going to this Dunkin Donuts during Cov-19 it was hard for everyone in NYC because we saw so much illness in our City. But this Dunkin Donuts felt like home. I got to know the employees and they have been nothing but Fantastic.🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾

Ordered a menu with latte got american with milk
I use to go here for my orders, but one day I ordered food with some other things. Got home showered and went to eat, just for it to be all burnt. I couldn't get in contact with anyone and I did not feel like going back. 😪

First and last time coming to this Dunkin because of this light skinned short Indian woman named Sarah. She was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Her whole attitude and facial expressions made it clear she didn’t want to help customers. I ordered a matcha latte that was basically a cup of milk. When I asked if it was supposed to be that light, she snapped “yes” with a nasty attitude. After tasting it and asking for another scoop of matcha, she rolled her eyes and looked at me like I was a problem for simply wanting what I paid for.
The guy working there was polite and respectful, which made Sarah’s behavior stand out even more. I usually go to the Dunkin on 108th & Broadway where the staff are friendly and welcoming. This was my first time at this location, and it’ll definitely be my last unless they seriously address their customer service.

Good but it's like a place for homeless. They gets in and ask us for change while we are having food.

TEACH YOUR TEAM TO MAKE COFFEE!! It’s the same crap over and over again—half-empty cups, or it tastes absolutely disgusting! This isn’t rocket science. FIX IT!
The women that are working there, don't understand the English language. I asked for two Bavarian cream donuts and didn't watch what she was grabbing, and she grabbed vanilla cream.
Very rude.
Made eye contact with me. Didn’t say anything to me. No welcome no acknowledgement no telling me how long the wait would be.
Ignored me when I tried to talk.
One woman was leaving and the other one seemed to be working on another order but she just ignored me when I tried to talk to her and give my order.
Wonderful place. Thank you Hasan(Manager) for your specially outstanding service!
