Los 3 Charros provides solid Mexican food, including Birria, although their prices, particularly since the pandemic, have creeped up to level that makes it overpriced. Typically, I order for pickup, like their sandwiches. Given the other quality Mexican restaurants uptown, I'd recommend Los 3 Charros if you're in the neighborhood and have a hankering for Mexican food, but not a place to go out of your way for given the competition.
I moved to the city from Texas, and hands down this has been the most authentic food I've found so far. I'm obsessed with their enchiladas & they even automatically give chips and salsa!!! (I was not expecting that when I came here). The ambiance makes me feel like I'm back home, and the staff is always amazing! I'm so glad I found this place
