First, I ordered my food early on DoorDash, around 5:20 am. The store said my order was ready for pickup at 5:45 am, but Doukin Donut was closed until 6:00 am. I walked over at 5:45 am for my health. I had to return at 6:05 am; my order was still not ready. On top of that, the service was horrible. She had an attitude because I would not confirm my order until it was finished. The lady kept asking me to confirm, but I'm glad I didn't because she almost forgot my classic donut....read full review
